Self-Defense Class
This is a self-defense class (Aikido style) open to anyone in the community who would like to participate. The cost is $30 and provides for insurance and training equipment.

About the event
Begins Thursday, January 9
Open to males and females
Cost: $30 (covers insurance and training equipment); payment can be cash or check made out to Southside Baptist Church (Memo: Self-Defense Class) and paid the first night
Age Limit: All participants must be 12 years or older. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must also have a parent participant in the class as well to participate.
NOTE: A completed waiver form(below) must be turned in the first night of participation
Classes are under the direction of Capital City Aikido and John Rhodus
Class Instructor: John Rhodus
