Mark became worship leader at Southside in the fall of 2020.  He directs Southside’s Worship Team and Choir.  He grew up in a family of musicians, and music has always been a big part of his life.  An ordained deacon, Mark has served in several different ministries at Southside Baptist Church, and enjoys helping others develop and utilize their talents for Jesus.  He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, and hobbies including hunting, fishing, and martial arts.  Mark and his wife Lou Ann have two children and six grandchildren, and love serving the Lord and Southside Baptist Church.
